Overview: Delivered across multiple phases, this project features a comprehensive fit-out package for both high-security data halls and administrative areas, incorporating advanced architectural and specialist structural systems.
Key Scope & Works:
– Structural & Partitioning: Plasterboard and gypsum partitions, whitewall panels, steel encasements, security mesh and mesh walls.
– Ceilings & Steelwork: Grid and baffle ceilings, structural steel and secondary steel works.
– Doors & Glazing: Glazed partitions, along with steel, timber and roller shutter internal doors.
– Finishes & Flooring: Ceramic tiling, vinyl and carpet flooring, floor screeds, waterproofing and specialised painting.
– Fit-Out & Fixtures: Full kitchens, fixed and loose furniture, IPS systems, sanitaryware and firestopping installations.
