Gävle Campus (GVX) Fit-Out Project, Sweden
Location: Sandviken, Gävleborg County, Sweden
Overview: A multi-phase campus expansion where Noble Fitout has maintained a continuous, trusted presence since 2021. The project covers the extensive fit-out of data halls and administrative zones using complex structural and architectural systems.
Key Scope & Works:
– Core Structures: Structural and secondary steel works, steel encasements, gypsum/plasterboard partitions and specialist security mesh walls.
– Ceilings & Glazing: Grid and baffle ceilings alongside premium glazed partitions.
– Doors & Openings: Tailored steel, timber and roller shutter internal doors.
– Floor & Wall Finishes: Floor screeds, waterproofing, ceramic tiling, vinyl and carpet flooring, and decorative painting.
– Specialist Fit-Out: Completed joinery, kitchens, fixed and loose furniture, IPS systems, sanitaryware and firestopping.
